Aims and Objectives:

Inspiring Medical Excellence Through Research (IMET-R) is a research educational workshop developed by the Continuous Medical Education Department at IMET2000. Over the course of three days, this workshop equips Palestinian healthcare students and practitioners with basic research skills through practical and competency-based learning. IMET-R aims to improve Research Education in Healthcare Sciences and enhance the quality of research studies conducted by future Palestinian Healthcare workers, therefore, promoting excellence in healthcare practice.

This course specifically aims to:

Supporting learners to develop and display an acceptable level of the following:

1. Acquire knowledge related to medical research, including basic, clinical, and applied research. 
2. Master research methodologies, including study design, data analysis, and interpretation.
3. Understand ethical principles and professional standards in research and clinical practice.
4. Develop a sense of responsibility and activism to address healthcare needs and improve health outcomes.
5. Conduct research projects independently, adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
6. Develop a scholarly attitude, promoting a critical and evidence-based approach to research.
7. Demonstrate leadership skills in research projects and advocate for research integration.

Fees: 100 NIS, to be paid at IMET2000-Pal Center, Ramallah.
