I am writing to extend my heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation for selecting me as a recipient of the IMET 2000 PAL Scholarship. I am truly honored to have been granted this opportunity, and I am especially grateful for your generous financial support, which allows me to participate in this observer ship and further my professional development without the burden of financial constraints.

Through my current work in government mental health clinics, I regularly encounter children and adolescents facing serious psychological and emotional challenges.

Unfortunately, the availability of trained professionals in child and adolescent psychiatry remains extremely limited in our country. This shortage has inspired my strong desire to pursue this specialty in the future, and your support brings me one step closer to realizing that goal.

This observer ship represents more than just a learning opportunity — it is a chance to gain essential clinical exposure and insight into a field that is critically needed in my community. I am confident that the skills and knowledge I will gain during this experience will directly benefit the children and families I serve, and will contribute to improving the quality of mental health care in underserved areas.
