Palestinian healthcare workers in emergency departments and intensive care units at the governmental and private hospitals in the West Bank, Palestine.
This course specifically aims to:
IMET2000-Pal proposed the Stress Relief and Management workshop for healthcare teams who work in emergency departments and intensive care units in the West Bank to enhance awareness of reducing stress and provide them with effective strategies for stress management, especially in the current workload conditions facing healthcare providers in the West Bank.
Objectives:
-To enhance the awareness of healthcare providers on stress management techniques, by the end of the workshop.
-To provide Palestinian healthcare providers with practical tools and strategies to reduce stress and prevent burnout, by the end of the workshop.
-To train Palestinian healthcare providers to promote a supportive work environment that prioritises mental health and well-being, by the end of the workshop.

Physicians and Nurses
Aims and Objectives:
This course is designed for physicians and nurses working with government and private healthcare hospitals in different districts. This program specifically aims to:
- Discuss the important issues regarding BLS.
- Mention the Updates of American BLS, 2020.
- Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Discuss the emergency nurse's role in BLS.
- Demonstration of the BLS at manikins.
