Aims and Objectives:

Objectives:

1- To develop the leadership and communication skills of the Healthcare professionals to enable effective interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

2- To equip participants with practical training on CV writing and interview skills to enhance their career prospects and employability

3- To provide hands-on training that will enable participants to practice and improve their CV writing and interview skills.

Aims:

1- To enhance the soft skills of participants and their ability to function effectively as healthcare professionals.

2- To increase the employability and career advancement opportunities of the participants.

3- To improve the interviewing and resume writing skills of healthcare professionals, thereby improving their chances of securing employment in the healthcare industry.
