It provides an overview of equipment types, settings, and adjustments of ventilators; key terminology related to oxygenation and ventilation; and important numbers, ranges, and alarms for ventilation management.

Moreover, it discuss the invasive ventilation (intubation) and management of COVID-19 patients.

In addition, with the current available evidence that supports the use of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure device, commonly known as CPAP for COVID-19 patients as it  found to be benefit to patients early in the disease process, and it even may prevent deterioration and reduce the need for invasive ventilation at all.

UCL Ventura CPAP assists breathing by supplying a mixture of air and oxygen using positive pressure to help the patient to take deeper breaths, so improving oxygenation without an airway adjunct, via a tight mask or a hood.
