I am Omar Abu Shamma, 6th year medical student at Al-Quds university. I would like to thank IMET2000-Pal for their generous travel grant.  IMET2000-pal gave me the chance to participate in the 3rd Middle East Cystic Fibrosis Conference at Istanbul, Turkey and present our case study ( Cystic Fibrosis Presenting As Arthropathy ).

It was great experience, it enriched my knowledge about the disease diagnosis and management, furthermore and increased my awareness about the struggles that the patients have, and how to improve their lifestyle .
