I am Yazan Abed, a 6th-year medical student at Al_Quds University. I were fortunate to receive the IMET2000-Pal Travel Bursary Award for attending the 3rd Middle East Cystic Fibrosis Conference "MECFC 2019" in Istanbul, Turkey and presenting a case of Cystic  Fibrosis "CF" with a late, unusual presentation.

 The conference was held for 3 days, March 21 to March 23, in which many CF experts from all around the world presented their experience with the disease, the struggles and limitations when dealing with CF patients, and gave lectures about the latest guidelines and treatments for CF patients.

IMET2000 have been known for their efforts in providing training programs for health professionals, raise health standards and awareness among people, and enabling enthusiastic youth. Finally, I would like to thank the IMET2000 family for letting me have this amazing opportunity.
