Aims and Objectives:
The course is designed in cooperation with Midwifery and nursing faculty at An-Najah National University- Nablus for the instructors of healthcare professions to inform them with the most updated ways of teaching and to help them in improving their teaching skills.
This workshop specifically aims to help in understanding:
- What is a good trainer?
- What is training and how do we learn.
- Tips and tools to make your teaching more effective.
- Teaching in the clinical context (bedside).
- Assessing the learning progress.
- Teaching Strategies in the Clinical Practice.
- Learning in Small Groups.
- Communication with students
