Aims and Objectives:

This course is designed for health care professionals from the governmental and private health care hospitals of different districts at the west bank. This program specifically aims to:

1. Clearly define the difference between clinical supervision and management leadership.
2. Define the various methods of effective clinical supervisor.
3. Mention the role of supervisor.
4. How to ensure effective team functioning and manage.
