Cardiff is beautiful quiet city, and the people are so kind. The health care team was helpful. I saw that University Hospital of Wales use Manchester triage system in Accident & Emergency department, the A & E divided to waiting area, triage room, pediatric emergency, minor emergency, major emergency, streaming, and resuscitation area, in this area I was trained to cope with traumatic emergency( head trauma, chest trauma, pelvis bleeding…etc.), cope with acute severe asthmatic exacerbation cases, cope with patients with fatal arrhythmias, and how to do rapid physical exam for pediatric patients. I visit poisoning center that located in Llandough Hospital, I have seen how they cope with toxic patients and they show me the international electronic data base that help them to deal with cases on phone. I really enjoyed this experience. If  I asked to visit it again I will not hesitate.
