IMET2000-Pal Training the Trainers for Physician Scholarship, AMEE, 2015– Dr. Samer Hasan.
I've attended AMEE2015 conference in Glasgow - Scotland with the sponsorship of IMET2000-PAL, where i had the honour of being a member of the Palestinian delegation in the conference, and also representing IMET2000-PAL as the former IMET2000-PAl medical Education officer.
The chance which was given to us in attending such a conference and meeting the leading professionals in medical education with the introduction to the international efforts and projects in Medical Education was a great chance and experience where i was able to broaden my approach to medical education methods and implementations, taking in consideration the possibilities and interventions in our community.
Also I’ve had a great chance attending one of the most international courses in medical education (the ESME course), which i recognize currently as a very strong base for the future steps in my medical career and medical education passion, also I’ve had the privilege of presenting a poster on Palestinian Medical Teachers Attitudes Toward Modern Teaching Methods with oral presentation where I’ve had a great feedback and push to continue working and encouraging my colleges in the field of medical education.
It was an eye opening trip, so thanks to IMET2000-PAL.
