This conference motivates me to look in critical view to my performance as a lecturer for nursing and midwifery students and to improve it by using knowledge and skills that I gained in ESME and AMEE 2014. Furthermore I will pass the information and materials I got to my colleagues in Ibn Sina College for Health Sciences. I look forward to work with my colleagues in Ibn Sina College for Health Sciences in reviewing and improving curriculums, assessment and teaching methods.
